READING AND COMPREHENSION

The Wind and the Sun

The Wind and the Sun were disputing which was the stronger. Suddenly they saw a traveller coming down the road, and the Sun said, "I see a way to decide our dispute. Whichever of us can cause that traveller to take off his cloak shall be regarded as the stronger. You begin." So the Sun retired behind a cloud, and the Wind began to blow as hard as it could upon the traveller. But the harder he blew the more closely did the traveller wrap his cloak round him, till at last the Wind had to give up in despair. Then the Sun came out and shone in all his glory upon the traveller, who soon found it too hot to walk with his cloak on.

  • Una vez el alumno haya obtenido la información elaborará un tabloide con varias imagenes de la atracción turistica elgida, así como tambien el nombre del lugar. (el tamaño tabloide es doble carta). Será impreso en opalina delgada; el alumno se encargará del diseño.
4.-Finalmente, el alumno realizará la exposición de su proyecto ante su grupo dando una breve reseña de la atracción turistica elegida en la fecha asignada. con una duración maxima de 5 minutos.
5.-El material deberá contener la investigación:

 hoja de presentación.

  • Subject: English III
  • First Project
  • Teacher's name
  • Due date: October 15th
Investigación.
  • Datos relevantes del lugar elegido. 
  • La investigacion será entregada de manera impresa ( con fuente legible )

Home Schooling due date Thursday September 17th

Student:
Answer the home schooling pages on  the Spelling section .
Audio lessons 1 and  2.


Padres o tutores, para el día jueves 17 sus hijos deben de traer  realizados  los ejercicios de Home Schooling firmadas y calificadas por ustedes.
Los alumnos deben de escuchar el audio  de la leccion 1 y  2, y escribir la palabra que escuchan  en su pagina de  HOME SCHOOLING , al trminar el audio deberan pronunciarlas y ustedes calificaran su pronunciación en los cuadros a la derecha de la pagina al final colocaran su firma  al final de la pagina (Parent's Signature).
